What is sold
Beef or mixed tallow, chicken tallow, and related rendered fats. FFA and titre matter. This is not used cooking oil and should never be listed as UCO.

Rendering units attached to meat processing, poultry processing, and some hide processors. Volume is regional around processing belts.
Buyer needs
Biodiesel plants running high-FFA processes can take tallow. They will ask for a fatty-acid profile or at least FFA and moisture. Keep lots segregated.
