What the app does
It tracks enrolment of NFP units, aggregator recognition, FBO disposal requests, and transaction reports. FSSAI made it live in 2023 so RUCO is not only paper letters at the kitchen door.
What you still do in the kitchen
Cool and store oil, keep TPC under control, and only hand drums to someone who can show NFP enrolment plus aggregator authorisation. The app does not collect the drum. A collector or BioTradX-matched buyer does.
Common mistakes
Logging a handover to an unauthorised person, mixing engine oil into UCO drums, and forgetting the 50 litres/day record rule. Those mistakes show up in inspections even if the app has a ticket.
Pair app plus marketplace
Raise the official request, complete pickup via a verified BioTradX buyer, file both references. Inspectors want origin, volume, and destination.
