NFP unit
A biodiesel, soap, or lubricant manufacturer enrolled with FSSAI (or a recognised resource centre) to take UCO out of the food chain. Enrolment is the plant's licence to be in RUCO.
Aggregator
A collection agency named in an authorisation letter from an enrolled NFP unit. They may work for more than one plant. At pickup they should show the NFP enrolment copy and their own authorisation.
Marketplace role
BioTradX profiles should make that chain visible before you accept a rate. A higher cash offer from an unnamed tanker is how UCO re-enters food or informal fuel.
If you want to become an aggregator
Contract an enrolled NFP first, then collect. Listing kitchens on BioTradX without offtake is storage risk, not a business.
