Drain into a funnel over a closed drum. Log approximate litres per day. Keep the drum on a tray. When the drum is three-quarters full, list or trigger pickup on BioTradX.

A busy multi-brand workshop doing 15 to 30 oil changes a day can generate 40 to 80 litres daily, depending on vehicle mix. That is enough for weekly pickup in most cities.
Talking to staff
Make one person responsible for the drum. Ban mixing of kerosene, coolant, or brake fluid into the oil drum. Contamination is how a good lot becomes a rejected lot.
